What information do we collect and how?

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the cards expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. We do not store or hold your credit or debit card details, any financial data is processed by either SAGE PAY or Paypal. We collect your email address for our newsletter to keep you up-to-date on all the latest products from LeCafeShop. If you wish to unsubscribe to this newsletter just reply to the email with the mention ‘unsubscribe’.

How does LeCafeShop protect customer information?

When you place orders or access your account information, we use a trusted payment gateway. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. All of our email addresses and information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Will LeCafeShop disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

LeCafeShop does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. If you have any concerns over privacy please contact us to discuss.

The EU Cookie Law
