Delivery Prices and Shipping Dates

We aim to send orders the same day or within 24 hours from when your order and payment have been received, for stocked products received before 11.30 am of any working day, unless stated otherwise.

Orders are sent using our Special Carrier Service or by Royal Mail (First Class) depending on product(s) ordered, order size and customer location.

Our clients usually receive their orders within 1 or 2 working days of the goods being dispatched, delivery can in some very rare occasions take up to 28 days.

Delivery prices are based on weight and quantities ordered, and are added automatically when you place an order. These are clearly indicated at the checkout stage (before you pay), all prices include VAT.

Please note, we currently ONLY deliver to the UK, for overseas pricing and trade enquiries send us an email via our contact form. The company cannot be held responsible for delays and lost items caused by industrial action.

Terms of Order

No contract will subsist between you and LeCafeShop for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until LeCafeShop has accepted your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time LeCafeShop sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).

LeCafeShop reserves the right to decline any order which is deemed to have not been conducted in the correct way or where any foul play may have taken place. LeCafeShop also retains the right not to complete any order it wishes to do so providing that the monies have not been taken or a full refund has been given. By placing an order and giving credit card details on our secure server, you the consumer is bound and contracted to complete the sale unless LeCafeShop decides otherwise.

These terms of order in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Handling Complaints

  • we will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days
  • we will advise the consumer how long it will take to resolve the complaint
  • we keep the consumer informed throughout the process
