Delivery Prices & Shipping Dates

We aim to send orders the same day or within 24 hours from when your order and payment have been received, for stocked products received before 1.00 pm of any working day, unless stated otherwise.

Orders are usually sent with Parcel Force 24 or 48 Hour Service (tracked) or by Royal Mail (2nd Class) depending on product(s) ordered, order size and customer location.

Our clients usually receive their orders within 2 to 3 working days of the goods being dispatched, delivery can in some very rare occasions take up to 28 days.

Delivery prices are based on weight and quantities ordered, and are added automatically when you place an order. These are clearly indicated at the checkout stage (before you pay), all prices include VAT.

Please note, we currently ONLY deliver to the UK, for overseas pricing and trade enquiries send us an email via our contact form. The company cannot be held responsible for delays and lost items caused by industrial action.

Terms of Order

No contract will subsist between you and LeCafeShop for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until LeCafeShop has accepted your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time LeCafeShop sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).

LeCafeShop reserves the right to decline any order which is deemed to have not been conducted in the correct way or where any foul play may have taken place. LeCafeShop also retains the right not to complete any order it wishes to do so providing that the monies have not been taken or a full refund has been given. By placing an order and giving credit card details on our secure server, you the consumer is bound and contracted to complete the sale unless LeCafeShop decides otherwise.

These terms of order in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns 


We will exchange or refund any item returned to us with which you are not happy, as long as both the packaging and the goods are in perfect condition, you are responsible for the return postal costs. If the return is a result of an error by LeCafeShop we will refund the postage costs.

Please advise by email that you wish to return the order within 30 days, beginning on the day after receipt. LeCafeShop will exchange the product within 10 working days or refund your payment within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods to us, excluding delivery/postage costs.

Faulty Goods


In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty, please advise us in writing by e-mailing us as soon as possible, but within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer an exchange or a refund provided the return of your faulty product is made within 30 days of receipt.

Please do not return goods in person, we are an online outlet and immediate exchanges and refunds will not be available. The address for any return will be provided by email after prior confirmation of the return being accepted.

Important note : the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, we would strongly advise that you use a method of recorded delivery that requires a signature upon receipt, as we cannot refund or exchange items that are broken or lost during transit.

Handling Complaints

  • We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days
  • We will advise the consumer how long it will take to resolve the complaint
  • We keep the consumer informed throughout the process
