Published on Sep 12, 2009

Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee is arguably one of the best coffees in the World…

To make a cup of this excellent brew, you need to find some freshly ground or better still, whole Blue Mountain Coffee beans, boil water, add some of the coffee and wait for about five minutes to let the coffee seep through the water.

Give your mouth a treat, take a sip of this superb coffee and it’ll love you for the rest of your life!

Blue Mountain coffee beans are highly respected by coffee connoisseurs all over the world. A cup of this unique single origin should be savoured for as long as possible, not downed in an instant.

This is a rare Jewel, a secret treasure, should be called ‘The Queen of all coffee beans‘.

Some say, the hardest part of making a cup of this excellent coffee is to get hold of the beans themselves. Blue Mountain is extremely expensive, an extremely good coffee, and also in some areas of the world, extremely difficult to acquire.

This unique coffee was first produced in the 1720’s and reached its peak between the 1800’s and 1840’s. It wasn’t until recently that Blue Mountain has been shown renewed interest.

So how is Blue Mountain coffee is as good as it is?

Probably a mixture of vital elements … the tropical weather and unique climate of the island (a mix of rain, sun and just the right temperature in the shades), the soil, the altitude of the coffee fields and all the positive vibrations of the reggae music booming out from stereos all over the Island!
