Crystallised Orange Chocolate a delightful classic, orange peel is cut into strips then crystallised in a granulated sugar solution in a process spanning 6-7 days. Each piece is then dipped in dark chocolate (cocoa solids 53.8%), the chocolate has initial vanilla and fruit notes, lingering cocoa taste.

Especially hand crafted by our specialist Chocolatier, these delicious chocolates are presented in a pretty colored treasure chest shaped ballotin finished with a beautiful ribbon and bow.
