Despite popular belief coffee can be good for you (if drank in moderation) and espresso in particular can even aid digestion and that is why many Italians drink it after their evening meal. Of course coffee also does the obvious too; it can really help you wake up in the morning. Most people will not even leave the house without a cup of coffee, even if they have no time to eat their breakfast! If you do love espresso coffee then why not invest in a good quality espresso machine. This way you will get the job done properly and it will taste how coffee is supposed to taste. An espresso machine is anything but complicated to use, in fact they are very easy to use, so easy in fact there is no reason you cannot have the taste of real coffee or espresso every day.

My friend works for a company which makes the top selling espresso maker in the country. She works in the sales department and she is doing really well at the moment. I think that this is because more and more people are doing things at home rather than going out. For example, a lot of people will cook dinner in their homes rather than go out to a restaurant because it is a much cheaper and often more convivial way of getting together with friends. One of the things that people love at the end of the meal is a good coffee so an espresso maker would seem to fit with anybody`s idea of the great night in. I think that my friend has capitalised on this part of the market in her sales pitch and she certainly seems to find lots of people each week who feel that they desperately need an espresso maker. She has done so well with her sales quota lately that she has received a prize for being the top sales person in the company. The lucky woman, she is going to receive a weekend for two at a luxury hotel in London as her prize. I wish I had perks of the job like she does.

A friend was talking the other day about the benefits of a bialetti coffee machine as opposed to other brands. To me the conversation washed straight over my head because, the philistine that I am, I only like instant coffee so to me a coffee machine, whether it b e a bialetti or any other type, would be a white elephant. However, my friend insisted on waxing lyrical about how wonderful this bialetti machine was and how much she wanted one. I was so surprised at her conversation because she would not normally ever talk about things for so long that she knew I had no interest in. in fact, I became quite exasperated with her and made sure that when I made her a coffee it was of the instant kind to try and shut her up. When she saw what I was doing, her first reaction was to become annoyed but then she took one look at my face and burst out laughing. She said that she must really get a check on herself to become quite so annoyed about something so trivial. I must say that I agree with her!
