A high quality coffee from the Indonesian Archipelago. Full roasted to enhance its rich, spicy flavour. It is certified Fairtrade, Organic and Swiss Water Process, meaning that the caffeine has been removed by washing in crystal clear Swiss spring water rather than using harmful chemicals. Clean, balanced flavour with good acidity, minus the caffeine. Great all day coffee and perfect as an after-dinner drink.

This coffee is decaffeinated by constant washing is pure Swiss water, instead of the use of methyl chloride chemicals. This does not comprimise the taste of the coffee and is regarded as being a much healthier version of decaff.
