A much-prized Central American coffee. 100% Arabica, rich and full flavoured with fruity acidity, floral aromas and good body.

Shade grown in the Antigua valley, this coffee matures slowly, giving a more concentrated coffee flavour with a powerful aroma and thick body. The Antigua valley was one of the first areas to start using shade grown coffee, which protects the delicate arabica coffee from harsh sunlight.
