Rich and winy Fairtrade Organic Papua New Guinea from the Purosa cooperative in the highlands of Papua New Guinea acts as a flavour base (50%), with triple certified Honduras from the La Central cooperative (35%) bringing caramel sweetness and hazelnut notes. A little Fairtrade Organic Brazil adds some maltiness and peanut notes to the finish (15%). The blend is full bodied with great sweetness and a little ‘jammy’ flavour in the finish. Beans only.
